What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address, plus any personalization you type in. When you request a quote, we get your message and any artwork you upload.

How we use it

We use this only to make and deliver your order, answer your quote, and send you order and tracking emails. We never sell it, and we don’t send marketing emails.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop: Stripe processes your payment (your card number never reaches our site), Pirate Ship and USPS get your address to ship your order, and Cloudflare hosts the site and runs its spam check.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over a secure connection, and only we can see orders, behind a secure login. Your bag is saved in your own browser, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes and bookkeeping.
