Returns

Personalized items can’t be returned. If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out to us at 2roembroidery@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Shipping times

Shipping times vary for each item. In-stock items ship faster than personalized or made-to-order items. When we know how long a made-to-order item takes, it says so on its page.

We ship within the United States by USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping is priced for your address in the bag, and you’ll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Local pickup

Pickup in Medina, Ohio is free. We’ll email you when your order is ready to set up a time that works for you.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
